3D Needle Felting - Make an Animal October 27
This is a Make-It and Take-It Workshop taking place on Monday, October 27. It is offered at two different times to fit your schedule, either noon to 2:00 and again that evening at 6:00 until 8:00. There will be a variety of colors of wool roving to choose from as well as several different sample animals to copy or create your own! No prior experience needed, and all supplies are provided. If you have done any needle felting before, this will give you an opportunity to expand your skills. Kids 12 years and older are welcome to participate when accompanied by an adult. Cost is $40 per person.​​​

Wet Felting - Make a Colorful Sheet of Wool October 27
In this workshop you will learn how to use simple supplies and loads of colorful wool roving to create a piece of wool that can later be used to create gifts. No prior felting experience is needed. This is a cool technique and would be fun to do with a friend or group of friends. All of the supplies will be provided. $40/person. Kids 12 and over are welcome to attend if accompanied by an adult.

If you are new to felting, you might want to attend both a needle felting and a wet felting workshop on this day and you'll have a blast! This workshop will be held on the new Patio behind ArtWorks DeLand Gallery, 111 W Indiana Ave, DeLand.

Polymer Clay Caning - Tuesday, November 4
Polymer clay is a fascinating material to work with. In this workshop you will learn how to create "canes", something that have been made from glass for centuries. Once a cane is made, it can be sliced up to make your own one-of-a-kind beads. We will bake your finished beads so they are ready to string.
All tools and materials will be supplied. The cost per person is $40. This is a fun workshop to do with a friend so sign up together!
