As with all pearl jewelry, do not wear in the shower, swimming pool, ocean, or spa as water  and chemicals will eventually loosen the chemical adhesive that fixes the pearl to the silver.  Jewelry should not be worn when sleeping, either, even though you will want to wear it everyday!)
